Brown Hills College of Engineering and Technology (BHCET) are governed by the Board of Governors comprising representative’s of Al-Falah Charitable Trust (AFCT), Academicians, Principal and Faculty/Staff members.

The Chairman of the Board is managing trustee of the AFCT. The Principal is the Member Secretary of the Board. The functioning of BHCET is governed by the Memorandum of Association of AFCT which is in accordance with Article 30(1) of the Constitution of India.

The rules & regulations of Maharishi Dayanand University Rohtak, AICTE Government of INDIA and The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Government of Haryana are being followed.

Brown Hills College of Engineering & Technology (BHCET) established by AL-Falah Charitable Trust in keeping with the approach’s’ for professional training and guidance. The emphasis at BHCET is on nurturing technical talent by providing need based education and to create a resource pool for developing cutting edge technologies for the country. This technical talent would enrich the national fabric and shall act as a driving force for transforming India into a technical savvy nation.
